Introduction
The December 2025 issue of Magyar Minőség examines the issue of quality in the context of human competencies, organizational functioning, and sustainability. The studies in this issue seek to answer the question of how quality can be interpreted in a rapidly changing socio-economic environment.
Special attention is given to the role of higher education in the development of self-awareness, soft skills, and conscious career planning, as well as the possible systematic integration of coaching and mentoring. Another study analyzes teamwork competencies at different levels of education, emphasizing the importance of an agile approach, psychological safety, and cooperation.
An examination of the organizational and social dimensions of trust highlights its role in influencing performance and stability. An analysis of energy price changes affecting food supply chains emphasizes the importance of risk management and strategic adaptation. A study examining the social perception of environmental changes draws attention to the attitudinal side of sustainability, while a systemic approach to sustainable food security reveals the management challenges of the future. The issue concludes with a social innovation analysis of a regional higher education initiative.
