Abstract

The 21st century has redrawn the map of competencies. New concepts have emerged, such as agility, teamwork, project-based thinking, and the list goes on. „Team player” is a common buzzword in resumes, which we use to describe ourselves based on our own assessment. However, many factors can influence teamwork skills during our studies, not only on the practical side, but also due to the nature of the educational module. The project approach, especially in agile methodology, places a strong emphasis on teamwork, so learning about and developing these skills can be important during our studies. In our study, we undertake to map the background factors of teamwork, which is often interpreted as a mystery, based on the results of primary quantitative research, using statistical methods and correlation analyses as a function of educational levels and training characteristics.
