Dear Readers!
New year, new challenges, new opportunities. At the beginning of 2026, we greet our Readers, authors and all those who follow the professional workshop work of the Hungarian Quality journal with love and respect. We trust that the year ahead will be a period of professional renewal, cooperation and value-creating thinking for all of us.
The studies in the first issue of 2026 clearly demonstrate that the issue of quality today goes far beyond the traditional compliance and regulatory frameworks. The authors’ writings draw attention to the fact that quality can truly be interpreted in the context of organizational operation, decision-making, sustainability and human factors.
The writings in this issue deal with psychosocial risks affecting workplace well-being and performance, behavioral biases in controlling decisions, current issues of sustainability performance measurement, and the possibilities of data-based corporate forecasts. The thematic diversity of the issue carries a common message: quality development today can only be imagined through an integrated, systemic approach.
